Welcome to Flamingo Booth! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.flamingobooth.com (the "Website") and our photo booth rental services (the "Services"). 1. Services 1.1. Flamingo Booth provides photo booth rentals for events, including but not limited to weddings, corporate gatherings, parties, and special occasions. 1.2. Availability of services is subject to scheduling and location limitations. 1.3. Customers must comply with all rental terms outlined in their booking agreement.

2. Bookings and Payments 2.1. A deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be made by the specified due date before the event. 2.2. Cancellations made [X] days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to our cancellation policy. 2.3. 4. Photo and Media Usage 4.1. By using our Services, you grant Flamingo Booth the right to use event photos for promotional and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing. 4.2. 5. Liability and Indemnification 5.1. Flamingo Booth is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the event as a result of using the photo booth. 5.2. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Flamingo Booth harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of our Services.

6. Technical Issues and Force Majeure 6.1. While we strive to provide seamless service, Flamingo Booth is not liable for unforeseen technical malfunctions, power failures, or other disruptions. 6.2. In cases of extreme weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, Flamingo Booth reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services with notice to the client.
